The South East show is an 'open' show and therefore available to anybody wishing to show their fish.

To apply to show, contact our Show Chairman Alan Archer after June 1st on the 01474 814889 and register your interest.He will send you an application form for you to complete and return.

Alternatively, a downloadable form can be obtained here.
The form asks you to guestimate* the number and size of the fish you propose to enter. Please complete and return with a £15 cheque. We will acknowledge receipt via 2nd class post or e-mail within 5 working days.

We now operate a "one man - one vat" policy to maximise the number of exhibitors and share the available resources fairly. However, if you mention that you could fill another at short notice, we might take you up on that offer if too many last minute cancellations occur.

*Please try to be as accurate as possible, as it helps with our planning. However, we accept that circumstances can change between booking and showing and therefore this information is at best a good guess. The majority of or show vats are 2mtrs in diameter and contain 320 gallons.

As part of our ongoing improvements we are increasing the number of 2.5m and 3mtr vats on a yearly basis. These will be allocated accordingly at time of booking as dictated by the number and size of fish listed. Should less fish be brought to the show the benching team reserve the right to downgrade the size of vat.
